Whatsapp will Bring New Features to Easily Find Sticker Pack

So the Facebook-owned platform is currently working on a new feature that will make it easier to search for stickers in the app.

According to the latest report from WhatsApp’s feature tracker WABetaInfo, the upcoming feature will allow the Instant Messaging app to now show you matching or relevant stickers from your sticker library based on the first word typed in the chatbox. After typing a word in the chat bar, you need to click on the sticker icon to the right of the chat bar. WhatsApp will then analyze the word you typed and show the stickers associated with it.

WABetaInfo further states that this upcoming feature will only work properly on WhatsApp’s in-built sticker packs. It is currently not compatible with sticker packs from third-party apps like Sticker Maker. But third-party developers like Sticker Maker will soon be working to make their sticker packs compatible with this new feature. This feature is currently under development and is not yet available to beta testers. But WhatsApp is expected to roll out this new feature soon.

WhatsApp has recently rolled out 8 new sticker packs to enrich the sticker pack collection. This latest 6 sticker pack collection includes Egg And Chup, Realistic Rabbit, Betakkuma 2, Square Cheese’s Daily Life, Woman Cactus and A Burdensome Pigeon Named Eagle. Also, the company is reportedly working on a new feature to easily transfer chat history between Android and iOS devices, called the Chat Migration feature.
